The Rockridge I Townhomes are located approximately 3.5 miles from downtown Breckenridge high above the City Limits on Boreas Pass.  The Rockridge Townhomes are an easy 2-hour drive west of Denver, from the Denver International Airport, via Interstate 70 and Highway 9 to Breckenridge.

Accommodations – The Rockridge I Townhomes feature a spacious 3-bedroom 3-bath floor plan with mountain views.  Each Rockridge I Townhome comes fully furnished and provides all the comforts of home.  The typical 3-bedroom – 3-bath floor plan, offers approx. 2,000 square feet of space and comes outfitted with, 1-queen bed in the master bedroom, 1-queen bed in the first guest room and 2-twin beds in the second guest room.  Each unit is also equipped with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.  Most unit floor plans feature a three level design, with the living room, dining room, kitchen and one bath on the main level. The second level has 2-bedrooms and 2-bathrooms and a private sauna, with the third bedroom located on the upper level of the unit.  All units have fully equipped kitchens, including, coffee maker, toaster, microwave oven, breakfast bar and dining table & chairs.  All Townhomes have cable television, compact stereos, private telephone service and full size washers and dryers.

Services –The free Summit Stage Shuttle System has a bus stop located directly in front of the Rockridge Townhomes, which offers transportation throughout the entire Breckenridge Resort area.

Area Activities and Recreation – Summer: Golf, Tennis, Horseback Riding, Hiking, Mountain Biking, Fishing, Boating & Rafting or a day of Shopping.  Winter: Skiing & Snowboarding, Cross Country Skiing, Snowmobiling, Sleigh Rides, ice-skating, or Tubing. Or partake in a relaxing evening of apre ski or dine at one of many fine restaurants in Breckenridge.
